22406 zip code Cable/internet Outage 9/10/2025
In the 22406 zip code internet has been out since 6:30pm 9/10/2025. Last update on reinstating services last provided at 7:43AM and nothing since. Would like to know the issue and if and when service will be reinstated?

Hi, I apologize for the trouble you are having with our service. I see the outage in your area is related to a cut or damaged fiber optic line that feeds service to your area. Repair teams are working to repair the damage as quickly as possible. Repairs of damaged fiber optic does take longer to locate, dig up, and repair than our standard coax lines. I don't have an estimated restoration time listed, but progress is being made.
