2 month costumer and :(

Had Cox in Ocala for maybe 3 months and the service goes out all the time. My wife works from home. Not awesome when your internet goes out regularly. Tonight watching game 5 NBA finals… or I thought I’d watch… NOPE. Thanks. I am researching other providers .

Add maintenance to your bill for 10 dollars and then go outside to fined your cable cut in two places.  Then cox will have to run a brand new line from hub to your place.  Then that problem goes away.
