I'm sorry you ran into trouble transferring your Mobile service form AT&T to Cox Mobile was this supposed to be in the order or was there an issue that prevented it?
It was suppos to be in the order. But I see different phone numbers for my watches on AT&T and Cox. So it looked like the transfer occurred. I am paying for the watches services at Cox, but AT&T is billing me too, but for different numbers, the numbers I assume I had with them.
The best thing for you to do is to contact our Mobile team via phone at 855-324-6466 and give them all this information in order to determine what is needed to get this fixed. Thanks, -Lisa
