Traveling out of the county’s with NO data service
The one day pass that Cox provides does NOT work. It is disappointing and Cox runs on Verizon’s network. I had called twice to make sure the “one day pass” will work while my husband is traveling. The two representatives i spoke two ensured me it will work when he travels. Now he is traveling and it does not work. I was on the phone for 2 and a half hours with tech support. They escalated to Tier 2 tech support and then they need to escalated again and to find out this last team is close at 3pm!!!!! REALLY!!! If you are working with customers on PST, you should have a team at least till 5pm. I was told, I would have to wait for them to call me the next day, when my husband needs data. Cox asked if my husband can communicate when he has WIFI at the hotel. If he doesn’t have data to contact the driver, how is he suppose to get to the hotel. So disappointed in Cox. Definitely not recommending to family and friends.
