Protection plan

So I'm trying to figure out how to update my protection plan. I been paying for almost a year now and I thought after I switched my phone that it would update. I was wondering if I can get a full refund for the the subscription for a year. So please help me out here cause I really don't want to go some where else for new services cause have internet as well and I don't want to lose business with you all appreciate if you can help me out.

Hi Narcisso, Thank you for emailing me after my last message,I spoke to my manager about the issue and we were able to correct the phone so it will appear as the correct model now and you will be able to file an insurance claim if needed. I appreciate you allowing us to help and please let me know by email if you were able to get your claim filed.
