Mobile app doesn’t show data usage

My Cox app lost the ability to show my mobile usage. I can still view mobile data usage on cox.com but it’s not as easy to use as what I used to have on the app. It stopped working when I bought a new phone in Dec 2025. I’ve tried phone support, twice going to the Cox store, and submitting an app request. 

Here is what my app shows, no option to view mobile data.

Hello, 

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having trouble viewing your mobile information on the App. I use the App for ease of access too and I want to help.

I recommend first, please verify that the version of the Cox app is up to date. You will find this in your App store. 

Next, sign out of the app and manually sign back in. Does this change your viewing options?

If not, please delete the app, restart your phone, then download the app and manually sign in again. 

(If you need to, go into your settings to remove any auto sign-in's that may be attached to the app in order to manually sign-in)

If none of these work, please email us at cox.help@cox.com with your name, address and a link to this thread so that we can identify what other pieces may be preventing you from seeing your mobile account on the App.

I have the newest app Version Number 3.64.0.3426

i deleted the app, restarted, downloaded the app again, and signed in manually with my Cox username and password. 

It still doesn’t work. I will send an email as you suggested.
