Customer Service at Walmart Supercenter
Good morning, I am a Cox customer that was recently at the Walmart Supercenter located at 6625 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK xxxx. I wanted to report an unprofessional, discourteous, rude woman representing your company today working at 11:30am on 11/22. Someone needs to talk to her or retrain on how to speak with fellow human beings.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and I do hope she is taught to do better in the future as my only take away from the encounter apparently along with others passing was a wish to switch from Cox to AT&T. If only by principal not to support the nasty woman with a Cox lanyard around her neck.
