Cox scammed me for 85 bucks

Got scammed. Couldn't cancel my plan in time because cox servers were masteriously down. Contract made it so I couldn't cancel till last minute. Had nothing plugged in and no internet for a month. Got charged for the internet I didn't use for all of December. Support was kind but useless. Don't get scammed by cox. Go with a reputable company that's in fiber. Cox will scam you, it only a matter of time. Thanks Cox I will now go out of my way to make sure everyone I know and everyone they know will never use cox. Can you tell ive been burned after being a 6 year loyal customer. I sure can't believe it.
