I’m Letitia Hall legally deaf, utilizing your Internet service to communicate on a daily base. upon paying my bill today I paid it with a card ending in 4571 but what I see happen here is that Cox took the funds from 0698 instead of the card that I that I placed on my profile to pay out of 4571 I have a screenshot from both my account and Cox app showing I paid for the Services rendered on the card ending in 4571 and not 0698. This was a one time payment on card for 571. I’m asking that you will reimburse Card 0698 ASAP and obtain the funds from Card 4571 today you have caused me undo hardship and overdraft and I’d like for that to be fixed because Cox had no reason to implement how they wanted my bill to pay on a car they’re used to. It’s not their place to do that. It’s your place to pay when I pay the bill to take it off the card that I have so 4571 is the card that should’ve been used. I don’t know how to give you the screenshot, but I will try.
