Condescending and Rude

Waited on hold for over an hour just to talk to Sufi, a condescending and rude su[Edited as per community Guidelines]isor. I’m not convinced he was an actual su[Edited as per community Guidelines]isor. I’ve been dealing with the chat, as Cox claims that’s the best way to contact them regarding my account & billing. Not only did the chat mess up my billing, it canceled the offer I had accepted. So when I finally got through to a live person, it took 90 mins to finally get the offer (which Sufi told me had expired, which was a lie) and at the end, I was so completely frustrated. Sufi wouldn’t let me explain anything, was very rude, completely condescending and said so many things that were inaccurate or untrue. As soon as Verizon becomes available in my area, I’ll be switching to them instantly. I will also be telling EVERYONE I know not to use Cox. I have worked in food service & customer service most of my life. What I experienced today is appalling. Cox & their so called customer service have a great deal to be desired. I can’t wait to be finished with them for good. Also, we have our own equipment but were being charged for Cox Complete Care. Sufi was awful about this too. I’m so done.

hdsd - I'm so sorry to hear that this happened! I do need to take a look at your account so that I can send feedback regarding this employee. We definitely don't want to lose you as a customer!
