Can’t even get to Oliver
Webpage offers no way to connect. Text from “Oliver” includes a link to the same page. Seriously, Cox is the worst. I’ve never had such unreliable service and such piss poor customer “service”. Ridiculous. I can’t wait to cancel and move to some other provider. For shame, Cox.

I just accessed Oliver as a test, so I know it does work, if cookies are enabled. I wouldn't recommend it though unless you need help rebooting a modem or some other minor thing. Just contact cox.help@cox.com Provide your full name, the service address and a description of your issue. You're better off avoiding chat.
