Windows Update

Anyone having an issue with running Windpws Upate while connected to the COX High Speed Interent service.  I am not able to download any windows updates while connected to COX but If I am connected to a different network (not COX), I have no problems.  I have tested and retested and inspected every part of network.  I have also run to different laptops to see if it was my laptop that is having the issues.
