windows phone app

Doesn't Windows Phone come with email app? See here for instructions. 

Or did you mean something branded as Cox? If so, I doubt it will ever happen. Don't think Cox has any branded email apps for any platform, and Windows Phone is the hardest to make a app for, and probably one the least used. Not downing your idea, having something pre-configured for Cox email is a good idea.

I was referring to the Cox app that is available for iphone and android. 

Hmm, my bad. I don't know why I read that as email app. Which App did you mean? I think there are a couple; Cox Connect, Cox Sync, Contour, etc.
