Why was I sent an e-mail regarding paying a bill when I am already signed up for Easy Pay?

How long does it take for Easy Pay to take effect? I looked and it shows  I owe nothing and nothing was deducted from my bank account.

Bye the way am I the only one who finds the entire Cox website difficult to use?
