Why put up with crappy service - go public
I am new to this forum. I see nearly 5,000 posts by unhappy customers. I read some posts saying Cox ignored them and even was trying to censor them on this forum.
Here is a suggestion. Go to the TV news channels and share your Cox experiences there. Can you imagine the impact of that info transmitted over COX's cables to millions of their customers watching news channels? I will definitely do that, if I don't hear from them within the promised 48 hours to resolve my case. And have a ticket number to prove that.
