why is cox at least in Omaha removing channels?
TV Change Notice: Effective July 25, 2016 Bloomberg channel 201 will be removed from the Cox TV lineup and no longer available with any Cox TV package.
Effective with the 2016-2017 college football season, Cox will no longer offer ESPN College Extra channels 601-608.

Cox has dropped Bloomberg in New Orleans. I would assume that viewers would represent a desirable demographic population. I can watch this via internet, which is slightly less convenient.
Step one on the way to "cutting the cord."
