When will service be up?

I'm in Wichita, right in the middle of all the lovely wreckage from the lovely tornado we had last weekend. Electricity was finally restored today and I was looking forward to chilling on my own couch tonight, with lights and the tv. But, alas, no cox service. :-( I was very disappointed. But I understand that we're dealing with a natural disaster here. I was wondering when I can expect to have service again? It wouldn't hurt to have a little discount too. :-)
