Welcome to the Internet Forum!

ok, so after a half hour to get on this so called forum, will anyone see this? HOW CAN THESE GUYS BE SO POOR AND SUC SO BAD?

This is like watching an "I Love Lucy " episode where no one can fight "THE PHONE COMPANY"

POOR SERVICE in bililng , have had our television disconnected 5 times because billing can not seperate busines from residence. And there was a $500 credit in the ohte account.

POOR CONENCTIVITY- ever time it rains.

Poor TV service with stuttering audio and blacked out screens.

7 different technicians  that "can't do anything about it"

NO RESPONSABILTY WHAT SO EVER. WHO RUNS THIS CIRCUS  and she/he should be fired. BUT we will never know , because these money grubbing COWARDS wont' even identify a district manager to take responsability.

WHAT A CRAPPY awful service. YET we have no choice! Well trell you what guys , CUTTING THE CORD WILL HAPPEN, faster than you want it if you keep this up. I don't need you GIGABlast commercials whn you cant even get the basics done.

There will be a way to drive you out of business , buy people smarte than me that is for sure.

CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU GO BELLY UP!   *****

event the spell check and emogies don't work in this applicatIon YOU *** SO MUCH!

Guidelines

To get the most out of your forums experience, follow these guidelines for posts:

  • Use descriptive titles for your posts. Put as much of your problem in as possible, i.e., “Setting up email on my phone,” “Creating additional email addresses?”
  • Provide a specific description of the issue. For example, write “I just bought a new laptop running Windows 7 and can’t get my email to download to Outlook. How do I do that?”
  • Use the Report Abuse button to let us know if you see comments that are off topic, abusive, or otherwise unrelated to the discussion.
  • Use the Select This Answer button to show others which solution really worked for you. By flagging good solutions, you may just solve the problem for some other user.

Ground Rules

Here are a few ground rules before we get started:

  • Be respectful. Hostile, derogatory, or mean posts will be removed.
  • Please don’t post your personal information, like account number, phone number, social security number, address, or any other sensitive information. We’ll remove posts that contain these things, but the Cox Forums Team can’t be responsible for who may see it before we do.
  • The Cox Forums Team deletes spam comments, removes copyrighted material, and generally tries to keep these conversations open and available for Cox subscribers to ask questions, get help, and discuss their experiences.
Thanks!
