Web Mail Timing Out

This question was asked before but I'd like to add my thought.

Please add a feature to disable timing out.  Not everyone is accessing their webmail from public computers and needs Cox to protect the users' accounts because the user is incompetent.  It's a nice feature but I think as a customer, I should be able to decide whether I want this feature on or off. 

I just lost 90% of an important email that was not completely auto-saved before Cox timed me out.  I don't have the time to re-compose the email now so it's GONE.

I LOATH corporations, Cox, anti-virus software mfg, Microsoft deciding what I need to be protected from so PLEASE stop.  PLEASE give the user the option whether to time themselves out or not.
