Watchespn app for internet customers

Hi, I was wondering why I cannot access the watchespn app as an internet customer on a mobile device?  Also, when I try to use the full site on my mobile device it continues on to the mobile site.  Mobile devices include iTouch, iPad and iPhone.  All devices are connected to my cox home wifi.  I have no problems watching through Apple TV or on my desktop.
