voicemail was down too long to be overlooked!
even after cox announced that the vm system was restored, it was nearly another week before mine was working again.
i received no compensation for this and am quite insulted. i paid for a service that i did not receive AND it caused difficulties since i work from home and rely on cox for my communications. why aren't they offering something to make up for this? it has caused so many customers frustration and complications. i do not think that is an appropriate way to conduct business
