Ubee DDW365 DS/US light blinking

I purchased in home wifi from cox on the 14th. I am doing the self installation. At the store they said they would flip the switch on the 16th to enable the wifi. It is now the 19th and our internet is still not working. The DS/US light is blinking. Is this a problem on my end or a problem with cox?
