TNT black

TNT has been black for about 4 hours today.  Unfortunately, we are attempting to watch the NCAA Men's basketball tournament and that is a primary channel for the games.  Of course, the "on-line chat" is unavailable.  (eye-roll)  But, of course, if you want to purchase additional services, there are lots of on-line chat people to assist with that just none available for over an hour if you want to report a problem.  The price of living in a lightly populated area of a small state...

Just wondering if any other place in Kansas is having trouble receiving the channel via Cox today.
