'Temporarily off the air'

I've called several times about the subject matter for several channels and after 48 hours two channels (maybe more) are still unavailable.  Telephone support is 'all operators are busy....' for the past 20-30 minutes - poor service at best - so much for 24/7! 

Dish or others are beginning to look better as I get older!
