Subpoena
I spoke to Cox Support today and I am quite perplexed because I may need to obtain a subpoena to get a call list for the second number dialed on a conference call. Cox is saying they don't track (They do but not for my use) the second number I dial on a conference call. In other words, I dial one number and there are two people on the line but when I dial a third number, three way call, the second number I dialed does not appear on my phone bill? Why not? They say there is a log of THOSE calls but not one I have access to. Also, if it's an 800 or 888 number Cox said the number is not listed on statement or call list. WHY NOT? I have been trying to resolve a GOVERNMENT problem since May now and to show the court how much time and effort I have put in to this and it is not showing the hours upon hours of time we have put in to this because they are 800 or 888 numbers. Each time we call we spend an average of an hour and a half on the phone so I wanted to show the grand total, which I'm sure is over a 40 hr work week but NOW I can't prove it because they don't log the second call or the 800 or 888 call. I'm in the process of trying to get a subpoena to get this information but if it's my own line that does not sound right. I should be able to have access to the information for my own phone line...
