Slow Speeds Have Tech Check

I have had numerous techs at house several complaints and even tried here for help. I finally was on phone with a Cox representative when she filed a global complaint and was to have them call me.. Well of course that never happened when she could tell my frustration with internet going slow and disconnects she tested the node at the beginning of neighborhood and said oh there is a problem with that node there are several in red and yellow just so happens right now you are green. She said the only way to get things really going is having all in neighborhood call in. Not knowing who was who I procrastinated then we had strong winds and outages so when I called next day to report and mentioned the node issue in a few hours we had all cox services back and working above the 50! Unfortunately it took tornados and strong winds to get it fixed. So if you are tired of being told well the signal to your house is fine, your modem looks fine we don't see a problem even though you are hooked up direct to the tap and cant even much above 30. Have them check the node.
