Scottsdale outage

Any way to find out when the current outage for my area in Scottsdale, as will be corrected? It's been out since 4pm Friday. I called twice and they say they have techs working on it. I looked around for a half mile and see no cox trucks. Three blocks down my friends are still up and running with cox.
