Scottsdale ou

Any way to find out when an outage for my area in Scottsdale, as will be corrected? I called in twice and all they can say is they have techs working on it. I haven't been able to see any cox service trucks in the immediate area and my neighbors three block down still have internet service. It's been down since 4 pm Friday.
