Same problem back again for the 3rd year

Here I am sitting at my computer logging my internet going off and on, My Television Pixilating, and my phone not ringing. I had a tech scheduled to come out Saturday. When he didn't show, I called the tech number and they said he called and came by, there was no one home. That was quite the surprise since I was in front of my house doing yard work all day while my wife waited for a phone call. 2nd time this has happened. Now for the meat of the problem. I'm the last house on this line and for the past 2 years when we get into the rainy season. I start losing my cable service and so does my next door neighbor. I have called in and asked to have the problem be elevated since it's a long term issue. You would think I was asking for the persons first born. What they have done in the past is replace all of the cable from the pole through the house X2 Added two separate boosters Reset my boxes. god knows how many times Had a ticket put in for the main line X2 Sent technicians out at least 20 times
