Robocalls

When will Cox Communications enter the 21st Century and employ services that allow your paying customers the ability to quickly and easily manage who they want to call their Cox phone number.  Your so-called "Selective Rejection" process is a joke.  First, you must have the Phone Premier Package.  Then you have to go through a very convuluted and un-automated process of adding numbers.  THEN you are only limited to 30 numbers total.  Like other posters, I want to block entire range of numbers, such as 800, 866, 321 (Good old Card Member Services!), etc.

The FCC has approved several products that phone companies can use, including the one that recently won the FCC award called "Robocall Filtering System and Device with Autonomous Blacklisting,Whitelisting, GrayListing and Caller ID Spoof Detection".  As a paying customer, I expect, no I demand that Cox start using some of these services.  I guarantee you that if you ask all of your paying customers if they enjoy robocalls, you'll get a loud and overwhelming "NO!!!".

While I'm blasting your "Selective Rejection", why allow only 30 numbers?  And why is adding or deleting numbers from this process so difficult and un-user friendly?  After all, I can stream shows on my smartphone, I can manage my DVR from my smartphone - why must managing the Selective Rejection be such a pain and can only be done from my house phone???
