Records series and select days of week

How can I record a series TV show of just Monday-Friday (not Saturday and not Sunday)?  Or other combination.  That was an option with my previous DCH 3416 Cox DVR, but has disappeared.  Seems like it is all or nothing now.  I now have a Cisco 8642HDC Contour 1.
