RE: Will I Ever See My Refund?

I don't see the need of locking up the thread as the issue isn't resolved yet. In the first place, I was led to this forum because of a Google search that came up with the following similar threads:

If this isn't the right forum to resolve this issue, I do apologize.

But do know that I've tried every outlet I know to get this resolved. The refund issue is unacceptable and frankly something I would not think a reputable company such as Cox Communications would condone. I do hope I would hear from someone soon.
