The tech replaced the end of the cable at junction box. The box is right in my front yard so he didn't have to go far. It's just a strange issue. When he was our he added a filter the the cable right before the modem from signal being high. But other than that just replaced the ends on the cables and was on his way. Almost wondering if it's a problem at the junction box. All the neighbors that are on that junction don't use the Internet like I do so may have ever never noticed an issue to call in. Be nice if a cox employee would chime in.
