So you can't give us a meaningful answer and so you lock the thread? So yes I'm going to abuse the post reporting function since you've now stopped us from venting our anger about this.

@EdwardH that's the same reply that we keep hearing, however with people having no service for up to 3 months, that is wearing thin and totally unacceptable. 

We are just not seeing enough proactive action to really work out why its working for some, and not for others.

I work in support myself, and you guys are just not collecting enough relevant information from everyone to nail this down and have now compounded that by locking this thread.

What is Cox actually doing? Do you guys actively have somebody on Tivo's premises or visa versa working on this together?

We are working with Tivo on resolving the issue and will further update this post once we have more information.
