Why can't he leave me alone? I'm being nice!  I was just frustrated! I already apologized and Tiffany and I are working on the problem.

So another words the knowledgable people on this forum who want to help have to put up with drama and rants from other customers? Your paid to put up with that, we are not.  If you want us to "Yes master" Cox customers then perhaps Cox could put us on payroll?

This is just like if you went into a computer store and started venting about a problem you were having. The nerds and geeks are going to want to help, but they don't want to be yelled at. I don't see why its so hard to enforce certain behavior standards on those posting as much as those trying to help. Tired of playing good cop,bad cop.
