THIS WHOLE SET UP IS A LIE AND CHEAT!!! NEITHER I OR ANYONE I KNOW HAS EVER RECEIVED A CARD AND I JUST LIKE THEM GET A MILLION EXCUSES AND RUN AROUNDS FINGER POINTING BS GAMES AND... YOU PEOPLE AND THIS CORPORATION ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS... BEST LINE I RECEIVED... "SIR THAT PROMOTION IS DONE BY A SEPARATE COMPANY AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH US SO WE CAN'T REALLY CONTROL HOW AND WHEN THEY DISTRIBUTE THE CARDS" FYI... MY REDEMPTION HAS BEEN PENDING SINCE MARCH 25, 2015 TODAY'S DATE SEPTEMBER 29, 2015... SMDH!!! 

BTW... ONCE AGAIN MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED FOR THE PAYMENT OF MY BILL!!! WHY HASN'T IT POSTED YET??? THIS IS THE 3RD TIME ITS HAPPENED!!! I HAVE PRINTED OUT MY BANK STATEMENT TWICE AND BROUGHT IT UP TO THE COX STORE TO PROVE YOU TOOK MY PAYMENT... IF I AM TOLD ONCE AGAIN "SORRY SIR IT POSTED TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT", MY SERVICE GETTING INTERRUPTED BECAUSE OF YOUR MISTAKE, OR "PLEASE PRINT OUT YOUR BANK STATEMENT AND BRING IT TO THE STORE"... IM FILLING CHARGES FOR THEFT AND FRAUD BECAUSE SOMEONE AT YOUR COMPANY IS TAKING MY MONEY AND PAYING SOMEONE ELSE'S BILL!!!
