RE: Outgoing SMTP Issues Suddenly occurring

The link above is not the correct one. The issue is a false problem that appears on android phones. First, try to send an email to yourself from cox.net. If that does work, ignore the "Can't log in" repeated error message. OK, so how do I attach this to your thread, there is no link??

@GrowlerGuy For starters, are you able to send via our webmail? If that works I suggest removing and re-adding your client device SMTP setting as per the following article and see if that works: http://www.cox.com/residential/support/internet/article.cox?articleId=334d7950-31f8-11df-fe42-000000000000
