RE: NOMOROBO blocks Robocalls - Why is it NOT supported for COX Customers?

This is not a helpful answer.  The features mentioned do not help.  A helpful answer would be how COX intended to combat Robocallers.

Hi StaceyR,  Cox offers features to aid customers with blocking. The features like caller Id, and selective call blocking require a subscription. These features can help with pin pointing numbers. Without these features, you can keep updating your number at donotcall.gov again. Not all blocking features are guaranteed to block every solicited call.   Brenda  Cox Moderator
