You know ever since Cox up everything to 50mb that all of these problems started to happen across the board with internet and TV connection while all the time Cox is fatting their pockets by jacking up the rates and the tech support is a joke no help at all. Faster internet my ****! Having everyone blaming the router or their modem spending hundreds or dollars to replace their units and still having the same issues when all COX are doing is moving the high speed around. Sometimes to have good connection (at 50mb) and sometime you won't (down to 10mb) moving it back and forth just neither to keep you happy for a day or two.
