RE: Introducing Cox Gigablast

Cox's "call history" records time of incoming and outgoing calls. Several calls were not recorded on my call history since yesterday, April 4 11:PM. Many outgoing were not recorded either. We complained to Cox to day at 6 PM, Current time as I writing now April 5th Now is 9:25PM. Finally, one income call was record as April 4th 11PM. What is problem? call history does not log or record incoming and outgoing calls.
