RE: Internet Price increase.

The user I reported locked the forum from use and refused to speak about billing. That is enough for many of us to call to cancel service.

We appreciate everyone's feedback, but this is not a technical issue, and per the forum guidelines and introductory sticky post the purpose of the Support Forums is to discuss technical topics.

We understand some customers may need help with their bills, and if so they can reach their local account services/billing department at the times and numbers listed here, or can contact us by the other methods listed in the sticky post.

If you have a technical issue that is not related to billing, please feel free to start a new thread. This off-topic post will now be locked. Have a great day!
