Maybe the technicians should figure out the problems and Cox shouldn't provide subpar equipment

@SRSBZNZ I did take a look at the modem from this end however it appears the modem you're using doesn't have enough capacity for a 150Mbps connection. Ideally you should be using a DOCSIS 3.0 modem that support minimum 8x downstream channels.
