To everyone whining about the email outage...I'm sure they are giving you the best information they have.  Would you rather them tell you incorrect information? (Most would attack them for that)  I've been with them for over 10 years and this is the first real issue with email. Regardless if it was a security breach, hack etc.  Let them do their job.  Would you rather them to give you lip service and tell you anything  or wait until they get the facts and tell you what they know.  For those with businesses and webpages...solution...post a notice on your site, contact your customers with web mail or as shocking as this sound...pick up the phone.  It's the lose of email...Not the end of the world...That's on the 21st
