Cox unhappy customer ask  " is this a...cyber attack?" Cox says " no."

Cox says " business customers have email excess."   Cox..Business customers " No we do not..."

Every level is failing...something is really wrong. Spokesman for Cox should get a job at the White House...I guess at least he gets to hide behind an internet persona..and like the White House it's really the top dogs that are letting the little guys take the heat....
