Cox will NOT show what the credit is for. I received a refund to my M/C after complaining to local BBB. oh by the way--OPT OUT of Cox arbitration if service change or price increase!!! For 30 DAYS only--email--ArbitrationOptOut@cox.com--keep copy for future ref.
