In my opinion Healthedge by any name should be removed from this forum. He's mostly abrasive, rude, obnoxious and puffed up to your paying customers. I believe he has a great sense of entitlement to be some kind of know-it-all at Cox because he's posted and helped some people and got a REALLY REALLY big head about it, and IMHO he should have been banned long ago for his nonsense, as you know admins, I have reported him multiple times for being ridiculously rude and non-helpful to the customers here looking for help, he has been demeaning and outrageously annoying.

Yes, please do as he asks and help him bow out, because he's been singing this song for a long time yet keeps re-appearing like a bad penny.
