RE: Cox bill, prices and options
The moderator that responded to my post "TiffanyR" obviously didnt even take the time to read my post. She told me to contact a customer rep. If she had taken the time to actually read the post, she would have seen that I had done that more than once and nothing was resolved, and the reps acted as if they could care less to help.
I stated my issue with respect and without being rude or hateful. Where as others with zero respect and belligerent behavior receive help and assistance with their issues that are similar to mine.
Also with out trying to sound rude to TiffanyR's obvious cut and paste response. Where exactly should I have posted my issue, in the TV forum, the Internet forum, or maybe the Phone forum. I chose the General forum because my issue was of an overall general service issue.
Maybe the forum moderators should take time to read and write their responses rather than copying and pasting their replies, maybe then they would come across as actually caring about the people that support their pay checks, rather than apprearing to be to lazy to write an actual real response to an actual issue a paying customer has.
