Email your complete home address, Cox PIN or last 4SSN (to verify the account), the name of the account holder, and your cox email address. Attach  the email in question so we can review it. Until we can determine where it comes from, do not click on any links contained in it. Run a virus scan. What anti-virus program are you using?
