On Demand

Hey

When I signed with this service you showed me MANY On Demand services that would show me missed programs and FREE Movies.

I have tried to access that feature recently and I get a "you are not subscribed at this time" Or another error message.

I admit I do not read the monthly bill inserts but have you made a change to what is avail. ON Demand?

If yes I'm wondering why I am paying for that service (instead of a DVR)

I need some help improving programming and reducing costs... 

Look forward to hearing from you before I seek alternative service
