New website/pricing

After searching long and hard to find the pricing page of your new website, a few questions come to mind:

DVR pricing. (1) What is the TOTAL DVR pricing for the Cisco 8240HDC, the Cisco 8642HDC, and the 9865HDC DVRs? (2) Do all 8642HDC customers and 9865HDC customers have to pay both the $9.99 DVR Service and the $19.99/$24.99 Contour Service fees? (3) Does a customer who just wants the 6-tuner capability of the 9865HDC without the iPad app and WHDVR wiring, etc., have to pay as much as a customer who uses the iPad app and WHDVR capabilities with a 9865HDC? (4) Is the SDV DTA included at no charge with a CableCARD rental? {It's not on the price list.}
